Turn on, Tune in, Cop out

from Laserchrist by Laserchrist

lyrics

Take it from me, these pills are never free, and I heard it through the leaves down in the valley of existential piss. Just do it not like this. Those evergreen leaves never comfort me.

Drop out. You’ll never know how far you’ll go and if you stay, nobody notices anyway.
Sometimes not all you hear and you see’s the real thing. You might try to tune in, no frequency.

All these pipe dreams and busting out the seams might seem a bit cheesy, I saw it on a TV.
Some things are better, better left unclean. How could something so sweat ever sour me?

Drop out. You’ll never know how far you’ll go and if you stay, nobody notices anyway.
Sometimes not all you hear and you see’s the real thing. You might try to tune in, no frequency.
